Addressing bad advice - Thrawn TM swap to Vader 1st in 3s

According to the calculations, the success ratio of EP stun is below 60% because evading can’t be ignored but I sometimes feel EP’s stun lands at over 60%. Surely just for rng though.
I don’t use EP against NS especially on 3v3, too rng dependent. There are more reliable counters.
