Advice on Rey Jedi Training Leader Zeta or Finn Leader Zeta

hey everybody :)

I just unlocked JTR - I've had Finn's leader zeta for a few months and really love it and have a lot of fun running a team under him with the cooldowns and TM gain with Expose. I've read a LOT of posts about this subject, and everybody seems to advise JTR lead, but on surface level it seems like Finn Lead would offer slightly better TM and cooldown benefits to the team (plus defense/offense and advantage to JTR when she loses foresight).

Is the big reason for choosing JTR lead that she just provides a LOT more damage through criticals?

I think the big thing for me is I don't want to lose the fun from the TM Gain and Cooldown gain under Finn, and I'm wondering if those things are actually secretly better under Rey's Leader - or if they aren't but the extra damage from criticals (or other reasons) make a noticeable difference over Finn and make it definitely worth switching over to her.

Appreciate any insight from personal experience you guys have had.
