I've gotten mine's speed up to 129 and crit damage up to 211%. With her passive, she starts the match out at 174 speed which is usually good enough for a couple turns before she takes her second crit and reduces her speed back to her base. In my case, this is only about 9 points off her with no mods and her passive still active. Ultimately, I think it's way better to give her speed since more speed=more attacks=more self heal=more survivability, which is what I consider to be her core utility.
Now that I've got her primaries figured out, the next goal I have is to find the 5* mods with the crazy secondaries in crit chance and offense. I don't think it's out of the loop to get her to hit so hard that she can heal herself from the red health to nearly full health in one hit.
However, if you can find the holy grail 5* arrow mod with crit avoidance primary and 20 speed for the secondary then by all means go for it. That's another thing I'll be looking for
