Working towards executor as first gl

Hello, I have been an on and off player but just recently decided to commit to this game everyday, here's my roster as of of now,

As you can see i have an empire team with relic'd vader, cls team, bounty hunter team, and a phoenix team. I am thinking of working towards executor (which i'm currently doing) then start fully focusing on JKL.  I would really appreciate any efficiency tips on the path im currently taking (priority farming, relic and what level to stop, relic a whole team before focusing on another, etc.)
I think it would also be necessary to state that my fleet shard is really really stacked, the top 20 mainly consists of levi's and executors, how would that affect my executor farm?
