She was released in May, so should be go F2P some time shortly?

First off, who cares when she releases....it's not that big of a deal. She will release when she releases, which brings me to my second line of thought. She will release very soon because she is at the end of the cadence timeline, and to date, every character in the marquee events has been released accordingly, with the exception of Phoenix and they had a reason for that. FATs will probably release next Tuesday.
My final thought is that they are possibly waiting to release her because they might want her to be in the new TB shop, where you will be given many options on new characters/gear/ships and maybe other stuff to buy, thus making her more rare because of the other useful stuff that could be bought.
