FOO still has great turn meter removal on his special and his other special you can manually select you gets full turn meter, a debuff cleanse, and tenacity up. Plus he's fairly quick. FOO might be pushing it a little for Master, but he's either low end Master or high end Knight. Padawan is ridiculously low.
Perhaps. I could go Knight with FOO. But Lumi in Padawan is ridiculously low as you say. I mean, she's right there next to JC. And when you compare those two side by side, there is no comparison. His heal, attacks, and defenses are about 30-40% of hers. She should at least be moved up one stage.
JC does have a ship that just about everyone uses. I would argue that alone makes him a more useful toon than JC.
Also, lumi's heal can get blocked with buff immunity or or stolen by Yoda. JC's heal can heal through buff immunity and it can't be stolen.
Not that people really use healers ansyways, just saying.
