Arena power does NOT matter for galactic war. What matters is the combined power of your 5 most powerful characters, whether you use them in arena or not. So I’d make sure your best characters with synergy are in arena.
Vader’s TIE Advanced does take a long time to farm, but it’s very worthwhile to do so. Don’t ignore it just because it’s hard to get.
I’d only put zetas on characters you plan to get to gear 12. A zeta is an investment in a character, so make sure the character is worth it. I’ve also been following advice to first zeta out my arena team and then work on other characters.
