Why avoid putting speed on Ahsoka? Am I missing something? I know her unique gives her +25, but wouldn't it benefit her more to double down on extra speed(along with offense, of course)?
Edit: To answer OP's question about Padme. I would think ideally she should be modded for high speed, then health. And mod the others as you would normally except put extra emphasis on health.
