I get 1st most days not gonna lie however I am one of the few with my payout time so I'm lucky in that sense as they suck on defence. Unfortunately on FOO you do need speed which I know you said you don't have but it's a must. Mine is 261, if he goes first unless against Rex teams I can blitz a max GK before the other team gets a turn.
You gotta use TM manipulation well.
FOO - marching orders on kylo
Kylo - lash out (gives all your FO TM)
TFP - use double tap not gun down (chance to keep advantage). Gun down is great however if they have chirut and he has no protection left.
Phasma - victory march
FOST - taunt.
If all goes well you can possibly use kylo again by this point and lash out again giving your team another go before they've moved.
