Anybody notice a lot of rex lead teams have horrible mods for speed?

I know my resistance team isn't good on defense even offense sometimes if I don't land a expose but based on some rex teams mods I've seen they would not be in the rank they are without him. I've seen...

I've seen this too. I like using a Sith DN squad that starts off with a 244 SA. I climb right up the rex squads.
I've thought about swapping to triple cleanse, but I'm not sure if I'd have any advantage. I have some solid mods, but they don't seem to be as vital in the current meta.
