Wat Tambor Bundle. Is it really worth it?

I know it gets you Wat at 5R, but... 24€... That is bloody expensive...
Does anyone who bought it really use it? 
Who does it team up with?

    Wat is the best plug&play char. You put him next to SEE and witness magic.
