Anyone know how to use these teams?

This picture got shared a lot for the challenge rancor raid. I now have the SLKR with Hoda team for phase 1 ready to use but not sure the method for using it. Anyone have guides on how to actually use these teams?

The SLK/Nightsisters team is better used in P2-3 than 1 anyway. Phase 1 is pretty easy.

Also there are like a million videos that would show you how these work much better than someone trying to explain it in a post.
