Anyone tried GG under JTR?

I run JTR, Bb8, R2, C3. I've found that group can work with any number of droids (B2, K2, T3) although it's best with GK. GG works pretty well with them against Revan teams but the strategy is no different (mind trick Revan, defiant slash GK until he's dead and then go after Jolee) and doesn't hold up on defense.
