Anything I can do for a purposeful and malicious sniper?

Well I blocked him so I no longer have his ally code and I didn't know that you could just put in their ally code, I'll see if someone in shard can get it.
But anyway, when you go to someone's profile there's the graphs for their squad and fleet arena, if you mouseover the data points it shows you their rank at their payout time in UTC.
