Arc trooper offense
I hear that the stats for arc trooper turret are based directly on offense of arc trooper and not based on trooper gp. Is this correct? That would imply an offense primary triangle is better than a CD...

GP has nothing to do with the stats of the Brute or Turret. Both take their stats from the summoner. Not sure where you are getting the GP idea from.
The turret only cares about offence because it can't be targeted, has no health etc, whereas the Brute also scales health, protection and other stats based on GBA's stats.
