"Character and arena strategy" would pertain to either character strategy or arena strategy. This topic isn't arena specific or related to a strategy of using a character in X composition or X squad. The question posted was whether or not the rework has had the intended consequences in the squad we saw in the video.
There's a lot of random threads that are either posted here or moved here. I really don't understand the logic of why this was moved.
