Are EA planing new skills every charecter?!!!
Hello EA when you get skill material III there is upgrade option appears on the charecters!! but you cant do upgrade why?! Are you planing new skills

I would hope they add a new skill to all toons, but especially to those who don't have a special damage skill. I wrote a post back in January I think when I found the forums about toons who had some of the highest special damage attributes in the game, but didn't actually have a special which did anything other than regular physical damage.
