Are you able to clear Tier 2 Military Might

AA lead, lando, sthan, hrscout, n biggs. Only lando n sthan at g11, the rest are g8. Tried it hundreds times, and managed to clear it 1 star

I dont have 5s, so...

1. Use the counter ability often, especially at the start of each round to counter AOEs and regain some health
2. If you have HRS, save his stun for Vader
3. AA leader works great since using the counters will proc an assist
4. Use AA cleanse against Vaders force crush to get everyone healed
5. You need St Han with some TM at the start of p8 - RG will stun him and build your team TM
6. If you don't get past Vader with a decent healed squad then I would restart

It took me 10+ attempts first day, +20 on the second but +5 on the last. You need RNG luck IMO. My team is AA, StHan, Leia, HRS, Lando

Same team, same tactics, a fair few restarts and luck but I was able to clear it. I hope future events are not that hard, because my Rebels are just about the strongest faction I have ;-)

I cleared it.

Rex (L), 5's, Echoes, Clone Sarge, Lando

Last stage was cake. Slowed Palpatine down with Sarge AoE, Rex basic, and 5's basic. Got Palpatine down to yellow health. RG's all popped their taunt, Echoes debuffed them. Finished off Palpatine, then finished RG's. Kept Tenacity up to prevent stun/slow. Had Lando AoE every time.
