It’s like Poe meta all over again... Arena is currently primarily EP led teams with Vader to move fast and ideally give TM on his first sequence of attacks (force crush followed by culling blade) ...

It is a coin flip meta all over again, yes. I was saying as much to my arena shard discord chat some time ago ... some of them seem to have welcomed the change, but I have seen it for what it is: the worst meta shift I have been around for (I wasn't around for Poe)
I think people are starting to see it, though.
A toon change that creates a situation where an entire team goes first if a single toon goes first is a very, very bad change. That sort of situation should not be possible. But alas...
