Arena mods question
So speed is everything right? Crouching rancor has many toons listed without speed sets. Is there any reason not to put a speed set on anyone for arena?

Even when that's the case, I still prefer speed mods on my characters. In fact all my Arena characters have a Speed set mod. Going first even by 1 speed makes a huge difference.
