arena tips for defeating rebels/phoenix and empire

anyone able to give me arena tips? i started back in march/april 2017 got to level 50ish or something stopped playing till septem 2017 now i am stuck on rank 3000-5000 i literally cannot win in the ar...

Wedge lead, biggs, lando, sthan, leia. This is a great beginner arena team. If modded correctly you can make it up to the CLS squads. Won't beat them though.
