Armor
How do you increase a toon's armor level? Mods? Gear? Any help will be much appreciated.

38% armor means you're taking 38% less* damage from all physical attacks. So. Yes.
*(There's an Armor Penetration stat that will reduce this, so not exactly 38%, but you get the point.)
