Asking for advice before joining guild for HAAT

I believe I have a good plan in place for teams for this raid. I just don't have the toons I need for it yet. So I'm starting the process of getting them a team at a time then gearing and modding them.
My question is what gear would you recommend getting to before joining up with an HAAT ready guild? I don't want to be an anchor so don't want to join unless I can truly contribute

    A really nice place to see if you're ready for HAAT is http://petebutler.co.uk/mrpi/#rancor

    Put your tag in there and it will show you if you have any of the common teams. Once you know you're close, you can feel confident asking around. Truth is, so many guilds can crush Heroics, they're more concerned with a guaranteed 600 tickets and you're in.

    Sad to say, I've got no characters at all that fall into the ready category. Time to get to work.

    Take that link with a grain of salt though. I dont have any of those teams ready and still do around 7 Million in haat.

    Petebutler's site isn't that updated ATM, but very helpful still. I would recommend you to hear in the forums or see in YouTube for HAAT teams. Not by mcmole/warrior etc channels. Just normal guys who share their score. Their mods are normal, unlike the known YouTubers who get 500K crystals to promote the game with absurd videos.

    Usually gear 10 is what you wanna aim for to be viable in the haat. Gear 11 always helps of course. But G10 with the right mods can get you some good damage.
