Bastila Shan Dark - Sith Apprentice Calculation from base stat or total?

You need to get her as fast as possible to get corrupted battle meditation out first. It will help shut down the enemy team. I run a speed and potency set to help with that.
If you dont have a fast speed set, use whatever you have to get her fast.

It uses the stats after mods, as any unique

Worth noting that the tenacity is just a flat increase. It wont scale with your mods just add the percentage to what you have with mods
