Bastilla Changes?

Hello everyone, I run a Jedi team with Bastilla Lead.
I noticed that they changed her portrait and to be honest it seems like her leadership ability got changed. Before when the extra protection was on I never worried about getting DOTS. Now Sion when he does his ability will ALWAYS get at least one pain if not more. Same with Vader and more. I am fighting the same teams I did before and I am loosing badly where before I would win easily. I realize some of them have put some gear 6 mods on their toons but withing a week or 2 that should not make as much of a different for every time that I fight.

    There is always a 15% chance to land a debuff, no matter how much higher your tenacity is vs their potency. There is always a 15% chance to resist a debuff, no matter how much higher their potency is vs your tenacity. Where you are in the middle (if you are, you may be at one extreme if the difference is great enough) depends on the difference between them.

    I have noticed the same thing as the OP. Something seems different.

    Nothing changed mate. It's called RNG and it's a real thing :) No matter how high your tenacity is vs their potency, there is always like a 15% chance a negative status effect could land on your Jedi. Accept it.

    I agree something is different, can't put my finger on it. I'll wait for the XLS players to define it.

    No, there is a 15% chance to resist, not land a debuff. To the OP, they are just putting potency on their toons and getting their debuffs to stick is all. Having a higher tenacity level than potency doesn't guarantee you to resist debuffs, it just increases your chances is all it does.

    I have been checking the potency etc and it does not seem that high.. compared to the Tencity that I have supposed to have. As I said a week ago I would basically NEVER get a debuff it was few and far between. Now in EVERY fight it seems like I am consistently getting debuffs. So I understand what you are saying but it seems like something has been changed in the background.

    This is not correct, the 15% chance is to resist not to apply.

    coming from a Palp team that has not modded for potency

    I've noticed no change.Every once in a while Sion puts a single dot on someone, but the only reliable debuff is Vader's basic. Until that bonus prot is run down

    Oh silly me, they didn't nerf Bastilla, they "Adjusted" how potency effects her skills. Her stats are no doubt the same, the AI has been tweaked. It's a loophole, "We didn't change anything on Character "X", they are the same.. blah blah blah. Adjusting the AI is their way around nerf complaints of lost value etc..
