increase damage output is not very easy, without sacrificing speed... but in that case.. you will lose firepower anyway...
the point is... toons are becoming more and more resistant with every new equipment tier, and also the kits of the new toons are more and more powerful (see traya and her team almost immune to every debuff, Nest and her mechanics, Sion and his revive and so on)
put them all together in the same team... 5 minutes are not enough anymore
