You see that a lot in events where you get to use a certain character that you don't have - it's like a test drive. But yes, also in GW - if there are characters that keep hammering you then that would seem to be motivation for you to work (or pay) to get them.

That was exactly how i got my current roster. First phoenix burned my ass, then after i got full phoenix the Palp zapped the shit out of everything. Now, i dont sim GW to enjoy every last bit of sweet revenge.
