So, once he IS maxed, how do you rate him?
At G10, he'll be a beast with his abilities maxed. G11 will be icing on the cake. Omega on his basic and 1st special adds 15% damage, not to mention the bonus 25% of max health damage the 1st special gives to Empire and non-buffed enemies. Omega his 2nd special and you gain 30% damage! Add in the speed down from his basic, and dispels from his specials, and he gets pretty fierce.
