Have they been removed from the guild events store? So close to getting him to 7* and I haven’t seen him since the update

Twice as many characters should not mean not one person has seen him in the 5 days since the store change. Somebody suggested that they have moved to a more seasonal store with the shards available being related to which TB is running with toons from the meta related to the side of TB running are more likely to appear during the event which I can see being a nice cool feature and also plausible.
