Have they been removed from the guild events store? So close to getting him to 7* and I haven’t seen him since the update

Yes I also understand there is probably some confirmation bias but usually those threads do get the one person relatively quickly saying that "no I have seen them" but no baze thred recently has yet to do so and as Mol said the redit subforum hasn't had people see him either. I know that an unlucky streak with shops happen lots of time but I'm only commenting about this one because nobody has spoken up about seeing him yet which is strange.
