Fleet battles have been had the same energy refill that the normal/mods ones since like a year ago dude lol
But yeah, droprates sucks, best advice? Shard shop, HSTR top 10, or crystals, if you have a good income of them
Also, I see a LOT more frustrating G8-G9
At least at G12 a character is useful lol
