On the right team he heals for 70% of each allies' max health, which is a huge heal. Offense up is nice, and he is a durable healer, with decent armor and almost 40k protection with no mods. Also, he is not really faction specific to make him work.
He is pretty fast and hits pretty hard for a healer.
And, i just like him/her.
If I ever get to the point where I can build a "for the lulz" squad, it's def going to be Tuskens just to screw with people in 3v3 GA.
