Best Mods for Phoenix

Hi all, Cheeky request here por favor... I'm trying to get me some of that old 7* Thrawn. I think my characters are just about good enough to do it, just...so I'm gonna need my very best mods on...

I don't have the link, but grandivory's mod manager page is outstanding, pretty much just follow his default stat weights.
