Best Non-Zeta Empire lead?

Question

So I'm trying to run Empire team in arena:

Palpatine, Tarkin, Vader, Stormtrooper, Tie Pilot

Im a fairly young shard (Dec 17), so dont have access to Zeta's yet, Is palpatines leader the best choice without a Zeta? or should i go Tarkin lead?

Depends how fast your tfp is. Get him at 250 with mods and palp lead, or use tarkin to boost him. I'd try to do palp though so everyone gets the potency boost

For your shard, if you see a lot of Rebels (Phoenix, Wedge, CLS) then Palp is the way to go. The potency and tenacity penalties to rebels are unmatched. If you are facing non-rebel squads, Tarkin is probably your best bet.
