I got BB8 7 stars today and have him geared up to level 10 Who should I replace? I have zFinn g11 zR2 g11 Poe g10 Rey g10 RT g10 RP R9 Also have a zeta ready

in Phase 4 you can solo easy,
use Critical Damage set + Offence on Resistance Pilot, Resistance Trooper, Finn.
no need ultra Potency mode because BB8 gives secret intel (potency)
just be carefull you dont skip your buff at phase 4.(use second attack for gain secret intel buf if it will lose all buffs)
