I try landing a shock on Chopper first and then go all out on Kanan. I use the same team as you do but mine is by no means well modded. I sometimes switch to Shoretrooper instead of Tarkin to avoid anyone getting dazed from counters.
Fracture on Kanan or Chopper (I do Kanan since he's usually the only dispel). Take down Chopper or Kanan first. Also once Ezra is down their damage potential plummets (unless they're running Ezra + Sabine).
Also a zeta on Palp lead is highly useful (and not just for counter Phoenix ;) )
