It all depends on what your focus area in the game is currently. Are you looking to rank high in arena? If so you should consider which character in your current line-up will best boost your ability to climb and hold. Are you looking for a stand out TB and HAAT team? Then you should consider a zeta Finn or Cody. Which characters you currently have starred and geared impact this decision as well. There really isn't a "best" zeta in the game (although some are much better than others) but there is a "best" zeta for what you are looking to accomplish right now in the game. If you cannot decide on your own, include a swgoh link so we can all see what you have available.
