Best/Worst Phoenix members?

I have never understood the Chopper vs Sabine argument. I always figured the real question is Sabine vs Ezra, which I figure Ezra owns this. It's the question of which attacker. I know that Ezra doesn't get the attacker option on Watch and Learn if you omit Sabine, but Chopper is so good. The fastest taunter in the game, he's actually a support, provides massive survivability, reduces cooldowns, dispels, stuns on droids, assists all day, and if used with Ezra's W&L gives turn meter. I just can't imagine not using him. Although not using Phoenix, he was part of my squad that 3*d the light side 9 battles. I actually could question if using Sabine over Zeb might be the best option overall.
