Biggs Xwing bugged
I have noticed a few times lately when fighting vs biggs that he gains protection up when there are no target locks and no target locks refreshing. has anyone else seen this before? It makes its diffi...

Is Vader present on your team?
Ghost cant be TL when phantom is present. If it was applied before phantom came on the board, then at some point cleansed and prevented, it could be "reapplying" but blocked. Not sure without know all the players on. Both sides.
