@Kyno Boba's ability does not add to defense penetration value because 200% of 0% is still 0% defense penetration.
If what @UdalCuain said is true then Boba's ability is poorly worded. An easy fix would then be to say that his payout increases armor penetration by 200% of his current armor penetration. Simply replace defense penetration with armor penetration.
This topic has just been discussed in the Scoundrel Discord and confusion is pretty big. Would be nice if we could get some clarification and an in-game fix of the wording.
