Bobba Fetts contract Question

The enemy that went first on opponents team died to DoTs, no contract. DoTs applied by BH.
Does that basically take away all chances of fulfilling Bobba's contract?

Other contracts change targets due to their requirements, why not his in such a scenario?
P.S this happened in Grand Arena.

    Because while a condition like "weakest" or "strongest" can change, who went first is set as soon as that enemy takes their turn. Their is no second first to go. If a DoT effect does the kill, it's not a BH ally so you lose out on fulfilling the contract.

    I was really hoping they fixed this isse when the whole tank turret issue arose regarding his contract. Guess its never gonna change.
