BSF bugged Corrupted Battle Meditation
BSF afflicted with CBM is applying CBM. Is this a new bug along with the Chewie bug?

That's part of how CBM works, not a bug. CBM is spread passively, but only stops ability/attack given debuffs. It won't stop CBM from an enemy BSF.
