you can see that fallen bastila is inflicting cbm while having cbm herself.
it always worked like this

A faster bastila is meant to spread fear not CBM

As CBM is always spreadable just resisted sometimes

You say that like it would be a bad thing.

It's not a bug if you read well the competence.

CBM is spread through Bastila Unique, so as Nihilus debuff it's not prevent by CBM.

Only the debuff applied through Basic and Special are prevent by CBM
