Bug? - Padme Amidala Courage Not Stacking Correctly

This is not a bug

Protection up is dispelled and converted to courage.

The locked protection up that Padme gives her allies when an enemy counters or attacks out of turn cannot be dispelled

Since it cannot be dispelled it cannot be converted to stacks of courage

Protection up from Padme’s basic, special, Anakin’s AOE are the only sources of courage in that image

Which seems to be the case. Image shows everything is Working As Intended
