Bug?
Why Bossk gain taunt when he is fractured by Thrawn? He shouldnt gain buffs.

Fracture on Raid Bosses: -50% Speed (doesn't stack with Speed Down), can't gain buffs, and -30% Counter Chance
The fracture ability(not the same thing as the debuff) has 4 steps to it.
1. Deal damage 4 times.
2. Dispel buffs (taunt is reapplied here and stays since Bossk does not yet have the fracture debuff)
3. Remove 50% TM
4. Apply Fracture debuff.
