Yeah you're right, Scav Rey fits better with JTR. The only problem is keeping her alive. Might work well for TB and TW against the right teams.
For your 5th for that Finn team maybe Cassian? His grenade exposes Empire enemies (primary target only) so that could be decent in TB. Or maybe someone that can remove buffs or daze? If you need a healer on that team it has pretty much already failed, the entire point is that they don't get a turn.
EDIT: Yeah Mace could work. He can remove buffs too, help get rid of pesky taunts.
