Clearly if their intention is to remove all the loops from the Traya - c3po interaction, they should change c3po. Alternatively, they could make traya gain TM during topple, but this would affect other strategies (e.g. Aurra or deathstorm, both of which rely on topple lasting as long as possible to do damage).
Or they could just allow us to solo this tedious excuse of a raid.
