C3PO Zeta
Only have enough for 1 zeta at the moment. Will Zeta both but which should I give first until I have enough for other?

@Moparion_2018 Oh my goodness.
Stacks of confuse are nice for stopping a taunter and other buffs like tenacity up. It helps offensively allowing you to impose mechanics you otherwise couldn't.- C3PO works fine without any zeta. Anyway, if you want to spend a zeta, upgrade "Oh my goodness!". I suggest not spending a zeta on "Wait for me!". There are many zetas out there that are more important.
