Can shock stack

Shock does not stack, but there is no need for it to do so.

I know but sometimes things happen even if there is no need for them to do so ;)

The most that stacking shock would do is refresh duration. Palp wouldn't deal multiple instances of damage.

Doesn't EP get TM for each applied stack? Makes him like a TM train I think. Yes, he does. EP gets that bonus per basic attack. So if he has 5 shocks on the enemy team that is 75% TM he would get after his next basic attack. If shocks stacked they would need to rework him cause there would be infinite loops, especially if it were a Sith team with EP leading DR and Badstilla.

Many of us would love stacking shocks, but seriously guys, Finn can only take so many nerfs from CG due to infinite loops. He's had enough.

EP gets bonus tm for each shocked enemy not number of shocks applied.
Since the teebo stealth "fix" all buffs and debuffs can be on a unit multiple times so an enemy could have multiple shocks applied, it just doesn't do anything useful except for boba execute, vader cull in my blade, and geo spy special (maybe a few others I not thinking about)
