I dont understand the concept. A random one movie character is designed to beat all of the legendary event characters + both two Heroes Journey + all three raid reward characters.
Why SHE? Why not a RoTJ Luke? Or a Vader? or even Revan? Why a random character is op? Why arent Tuskens this op then? Why isnt Phasma this op then (she was in her book)?

New characters come along to promote new movies. And then they need to be something different and something exciting to generate buzz. Plus...there is undeniably power-creep in the game. As, to a certain extent, there should be. Would we prefer another Rose? Or would we prefer someone like Nest who's going to shake the whole game up? Why would CG put out a dull and mediocre character? That would be a lot of work for no reason.
It is what it is...go with it and enjoy :smile:
